S.A. Miro interview questions

The interview was conducted with HR manger. The technical interview was with Civil Engineers. The interview lasted approximately one hour and coverd a lot of topics, including my last work experience and the projects i have worked on it.

Initial Screening:Phone call with HR to discuss background and interest in the role.Feedback: The HR representative was friendly and professional, and the questions were straightforward about my experience and why I want to work at the company.Technical Assessment:Online assessment with structural engineering problems and software simulations.Feedback: The technical assessment was challenging but relevant to the role. It allowed me to showcase my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.Technical Interview:Interview with senior engineers discussing previous projects, structural analysis, and design approaches.Feedback: The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked detailed questions about my experience. It was a good opportunity to delve into technical discussions and demonstrate my expertise.Behavioral Interview:Interview focusing on teamwork, communication, and handling work-related challenges.Feedback: The behavioral interview was insightful, and the questions helped assess my soft skills. I had the chance to share examples of how I handle project complexities and collaborate with teams effectively.
