Was very relaxed. Explained their product line. Went over benefits, safety requirements, hours and overtime policy. Explained how company was started and their current work load. It was a very relaxed environment.

Interview
There was only one interview, where I was asked to come on-site. I met with HR initially and was given a tour of the facility before meeting the Vice President who carried out the interview. I was asked a mixture of technical and behavioral questions, and the mood was quite relaxed.
