Interview
First I went through a routine phone screening. The second part of the Interview processes consisted of an interview with the business intelligence team manager. Finally, in the last phase of the interview process, I met with two sr. level Business Intelligence Analysts and followed up with the hiring manager.

Interview
It was an one-on-one phone screen interview with recruiter and generally went through background and salary expectation. The recruiter was 15 minutes late on interview. Throughout the interview, the recruiter was not paying attention, disrespectful, and also was lack of knowledge when asking questions about the role and return-to-work policy.
