Long, boring overrated, you talk to various people who don't even know how to interview candidates. Insider/outsider focused. You can feel how indecisive hiring managers are. HR are indifferent to how slow the process can be. Talent Acquisition is actually outsourced to an external company so HR are not part of S&P Global.

Interviewing with a team leader and a director. Team leader ask more about information on the resume. The director ask more about understanding on a specific industry, and what do you think about the trend of this subject.
