I applied online . Then had to give an online technical test which was of medium difficulty level. Then there were series of interviews. First one was with Senior Manger and Manager but was on video conferencing. It was more of a conversation with technical questions just being part of the interview didnt really feel like it was that tough 'interview' with serious question answer sessions going on. Very relaxed environment . Then there was second interview where each team member was on video conf call and individually asked questions . Just after that I had another interview with same Senior Manager and reporting Managers both. Overall there were 3 interviews of around 1 hr each. But they had a mix of both personal and technical questions.
