I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at S&P Global in June 2016
Interview
The interview process was pretty easygoing, you meet with the supervisors and they ask general questions about your capabilities and how you handle under pressure. They handle the beginning steps as an employee through a temp agency until offered to be part of the team.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on analytical skills, problem-solving, Excel, SQL, and communication abilities. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and moderately challenging with timely feedback after each round.
près trois entretiens, l'entreprise a disparu dans la nature pendant quatre mois avant de m'envoyer un email m'informant finalement de leur refus. Trois entretiens, puis quatre mois de silence total, avant de recevoir un simple email de refus.
Screen with HR. Interview with hiring manager. I didnt hear anything back so I am unsure what else there is. Casual, no behavioral questions, laid back conversation about the job and experience.
