After being invited for a motivational video interview (the questions were: why S&P - what do you know about S&P - why this program - why credit rating - what are the competencies you think are required for such a position), I had two phone calls lasting 30 mins each

Interview
1st round on campus. Basic behavioral questions, nothing out of the norm. One bad guy, one good guy type interview. Got a call 10 days later with an offer which was surprising.
