Although the title will initially be consultant this will be an executive managing director position or potentially global head after 1-2 yrs. Initially, it will be to conduct research/due dil. to present to board for a new division & if approved managing/directing to add momentum and educate market place/create new strategic partnerships.

How have you dealt with a complex situation at work?
Rigorous, contentious, filled with ego. Don’t even know why they interviewed me (IMO I had relevant experience). Really weird process overall. HR very friendly, hiring team was terrible. Didn’t want to work there by the end.
It’s not done yet. I will attend the hr interview next week. The role I applied is product consultant. I wish I could pass it. Hope it's not difficult. Good luck for that.
