Interview
The process took about a month between the application to the final interview. It started with an online quiz to assess finance/accounting knowledge (easy questions). One phone interview with a recruiter, explaining the position/process and a couple of behavioral questions. Then two in-person interviews at their office, one webcam interview with a manager in New York, then a face-to-face interview with two managers at the office. More background/behavioral questions, with a few technical questions. Everyone I worked with was very kind, courteous, and prompt. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter on my university's careers website. The interview process began with an initial online assessment to get a quick glimpse of your financial knowledge. Depending on your result, a recruiter will then reach out to schedule an initial phone conversation. You'll be asked about yourself and why you'd like to work at the company. They'll then tell you a little more about the role. If you both decide it's a good fit, you'll be scheduled for a "super day" where you'll be interviewed by a team of people. Overall, it was a good interview experience and the people I connected with were fantastic.
