Structured with casual 1-2-1 followed by 2 interviews, a role play and final interview . Interview with immediate manager, a manager of another team, then head of sales. For the role play they provided 3 scenarios in advance to choose from.

Generally quite good. I went through 7 rounds. Quite thorough but never felt stressed. Bosses always help you get to the right answer if you're unsure. Always appear confident and pleasing.
