I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at S&P Global in Dec 2009
Interview
The skill test wasn't that bad. 30 minutes and 5 problems. Just don't be nervous on the test. They are CS undergrad test questions about data strucure, programming and simple codes. However, the second interview was a little bit more difficult since i was not expecting to solve a problem. I had to do it in the board and the interviewer was there watching.

Given a set of string, write a code that counts the set bits of the string.
I had a phone screen and then a meeting with the hiring managers. They were very kind and I was able to fluidly answer questions despite being nervous. They chatted with me about their role and even what they did outside of work.
Initial Phone Screening -> Virtual Interview with a couple of behavioral questions and a LeetCode DSA problem. I personally had Two Sum. -> Still have yet to hear back from them
