I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at S&P Global in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied for an inside sales position. I had a phone interview a month after applying and an in person a month later. Next round would have been video with London management. They were undergoing a reorg; wanted inside salespeople to manage the relationship and maximize revenue from existing client base. I applied online; heard back from them about a month later to set up a phone interview. That round was just screening and pretty rote stuff. I got a called for a second interview about 2 weeks later. That interview ended up occurring about 2 months after my application- the pace was slow. Second interview was with the MD I would report to. I thought it went well, was surprised to get a form "we've decided not to follow up with you" email from HR about 2 weeks later. The 3rd round would have been a video interview with London (department is run from there).
Overall process was 8 months. Had 4 rounds over 4 months, with big gaps in between though recruiter kept me warm. Also had a last minute notice for one of the interviews. Interviewers were actually great, showed interest, were very friendly and made sure you were comfortable. After 4 rounds, I was ghosted and ignored. After another 4 months, I was sent an automated rejection letter. I know it was automated because the recruiter's name was simply listed as "[not available]". Perhaps just don't have any expectations that they will update you after spending so much time on the interviews.
Great... first round of pre screen interview and then second round of HR interview through zoom meeting.
Overall good experience.
Question asked related to customer service and past experience in the call center
Screening with the recruiter followed by interview with the hiring manager.
2 weeks passed and I never heard back from the recruiter. I emailed both recruiter and hiring manager and never got a response.
