The interview was rushed and the interviewer from HR wasn't listening attentively. He didn't care about my employee background, he only wanted to hear what's listed in the Job description. After that, HR never updated me regarding my application.

Interview
Referred by one of the employees. Phone call from HR.
Exam. One on one in person interview by HR to verify my job expectations, experiences and if I am fit for the job.
Got a call 3 days after and was interviewed by the on site team manager and one of the team leaders.
Got a call a day after and was interviewed virtually by the team manager/counterpart in US.
