Agree with what others said here already. That is, the process is a slow, inefficient slog to get through. After several long interviews that went well and a test - Radio Silence. That is even after the recruiter contacts you to say they'll get back to you one way or the other very soon, and after following up weeks later with the same recruiter and being told the same thing. For serious job hunters, S&P is a waste of time. Advice - If you're looking for a job, be sure this is not the only one you apply to.

First apply on their website, then go for written test and finally the interviews. I interviewed online for Indian location. You should be willing to sacrifice at least 2 months of time or more if you want to work here. The recruitment process is tiring, discouraging and stressful. Despite the overall questions being easy, such long delay is unacceptable.
