Interview
I went through an HR screening first with basic questions about qualifications in credit analysis and past experience. After about a week I got to do an interview with the hiring manager and department head followed by a take home assignment. Safe to say that I wasted my tim.I was pretty much ghosted after the whole process. I reached out for an update and some feedback about the interview but I received absolutely no response. It would have been more considerate and respectful of my time to let me know if there was no interest.

The interview was pretty chill I had only 1 interview but it was supposed to be 2.
The first session is with the team members as the KL team for that department is quite small. Then, a video call withe the hiring manager. I think what they’re looking for is compatibility with the team.

Very straightforward process, respectful recruiters, keep the candidates informed throughout. 5 stages, moved quickly, unlike other companies of the same size. Two interviews of 30minutes, one of one hour and one panel interview.

they asked basic and intermediate level finance and accounting questions for 35 minutes straight non stop. few from my resume too. before attending the interview, just polish your accounting basics..
