4 months from application submitted to final decision. Dragged out until 2nd follow up (3 months after final round- in which I was told I was a finalist) in which recruiter lamented to let me know the position was no longer approved to be filled. Waste of time. A shame, this is a great company but HR does not respect candidates. Spend your time applying/interviewing elsewhere.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on analytical skills, problem-solving, Excel, SQL, and communication abilities. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and moderately challenging with timely feedback after each round.

Screen with HR. Interview with hiring manager. I didnt hear anything back so I am unsure what else there is. Casual, no behavioral questions, laid back conversation about the job and experience.
