behavioral questions：Can you describe a time when you had to work under pressure? How did you handle it?
Tell me about a situation where you had to work as part of a team to achieve a goal. What was your role, and how did you contribute to the team's success?
Give an example of a time when you faced a significant challenge at work. How did you approach the situation, and what was the outcome?
Behavioral and competency based. No maths just required commercial awareness on the energy markets. Interview led by director, heard back after 2 weeks. No initial online assessment. 2 stage process HR phone call then director interview.
Very straightforward, you submit your online application and get a first interview (online) with HR. Then multiple rounds with analysts, associates, and managing directors. All the interviews were online and last roughly 1h
