Initial interview followed by presentation of a task/questions to follow. Seems simple enough but they were really slow at getting back to me, from first contact point to eventually letting me know I hadn’t got the role it was round 8/9 weeks! From my last interview to informing me I hadn’t been successful it was around 4.

Approach to feature development and problem solving
4 rounds of interviews moved and it moved pretty quickly until it was time to give an offer after the final round. I had to follow up to see if a decision was made, I was not notified sooner that I did not get the role
3 rounds, one assessment then technical & last HR round . It was time taking process. Salary is negotiable & company benifits are very good with good work culture. Competitive environment

Interview
It was disjointed, delayed and full of bad communication. I felt like they had no coordination in their discussions with me and I wasn't valued. Wouldn't recommend the process at all.
