It is a pain to actually have the interview with H.R., they schedule the meeting according to availability of both, but then never arrive and reschedule (it has already happen the same when I applied to similar positions, and with different H.R. members). I did the same four times before actually have a quick 15 minutes chat about my background and salary expectations.
