First it was a phone screening then met in person . The director made sure I knew how to do certain tasks and I got to meet with the individual who held the position currently.
Fairly straightforward interview. Would not disclose starting pay. Said starting pay had a minimum and maximum cap but again would not disclose the information. Asked me to call back next day if interested.

Over the phone. Quick friendly interview. Told me what the salary would be as well plenty of over time. I was told that my resume was impressive and would be an awesome member of the team.
