Based on 1 interview (or 2 if you negotiate salary) and a micro teaching session of 15 minutes.
Interview is regarding your approach to students and problem solving in certain situations and your professional skills as well if you are comfortable in performing different tasks (Admin work). Confidence is the key.

Interview was pretty standard, hand a portfolio review, with standard questions along with HR total interview was 1 hour, they were extremely friendly made me feel comfortable during the interview as well as giving me a tour of the facility.
