I interviewed at SAGEVIEW CAPITAL (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Standard process for a senior associate role with a sourcing focus. couple of phone screenings and then an onsite. We did a mock sourcing case study with some financials and a mock phone call with a CEO. Met with all levels up to MGP.
The process was a mix of behavioral and technical interviews. Starting off with a "get to know you" chat and some basic questions, then a follow-up with a different team member, a technical case study, 2 more interviews (that were a mix of behavioral and technical), and finally a super day.
