2 Rounds of interviews, first one was a phone screen with the HR, and the second one was with senior management. First round was more about reviewing my background and experience as to how they would add value to the organization. Second round was pretty straightforward, I was asked about my experience at the previous company and how I could leverage that to enhance the supply chain process at SAI.
