I applied online. I interviewed at SAI Life Sciences (Macclesfield, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was an initial call with the hiring manager on Microsoft teams, for 30 minutes. Nice conversation, but when it came to the asking salary, the conversation turned a little bit sour. The role was in Macclesfield, and this place is a hub for a lot of big companies, so they must have a long list of applicants.

I applied online. I interviewed at SAI Life Sciences
Interview
Online initial call then on site interview. On-site was 3 hours long with a technical and HR component (1 hour). Technical included retrosynthesis and a forward process synthesis (1 hour).
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAI Life Sciences (Hyderābād) in May 2022
Interview
Interview process was completely through phone. I had to sent some information (Salary slips) through email. First round was telephonic with senior leader. Second round was with Senior leader through MS teams. Third round was with HR Head, MS Teams. All rounds went well, up to 1 hour interview, each round. Fourth round was told through MS teams but taken through phone without even blocking the Calander. It also went well but no feedback received yet. I found a bit unprofessionalism in the interview process. There was no information passed to the candidate by HR. Still I don't know what was the result of that interview. Complete waste of both sides time.
