Explained the outline of concept,all benefits and compensation and growth opportunities. And future aspects and vision of organization. Met future leaders and seniors of organization. They are quite friendly and approachable.
There was no interview procedure, only one requirement is there that you should be ambitious or willing to work for yourself. This is the most open platform i ever came across with. Even basic unpaid internships also require some telephonic interview. But here everyone is welcome to experience and improve themselves.
