2 in person and 1 via webcam. Easy, they are pretty formal so dress professional. Better to be more formal than casual with this company. The time from first sending in the resume until actual start date can be a bit lengthy. Do not be surprised if it takes at least one month or more to get onboard.

Interview
They will hire anyone because everyone is always quitting. It doesn't even matter what you answer or how you are dressed because everyone in there that would be interviewing you is super uneducated and doesn't have a clue what they are doing. They basically just ask you to come in for an in person and then they will hire you. Don't be too excited though. The salary offer will be insultingly low.
