SBCSS interview questions

At first the process was fine. I was scheduled for an interview, and at the same time had to submit a portfolio, which took a lot of time since they requested specific things. Turn up to the interview, they’re running late, I enter the room and it’s a panel interview— something that was not mentioned ahead of time but would’ve been appreciated to better prepare. Lots of situational type of questions which I felt I answered well enough. They then had me design a flyer for them in 30 minutes which really isn’t much time but I was able to complete. Radio silence for a week and only rejected me after I politely asked for an update on my application status. I also don’t feel this company is diverse at all so keep that in mind.
