The HR recruiter emailed me and we coordinated a time for an MS Teams interview with the program manager, 2 days later.
The interview was great; it flowed more like a conversation than a typical "interrogation style" interview. She asked me to provide some examples of certain types of projects I'd worked on, and I did so. Then she'd inquire about specific details of some of them, and express interest in the skill sets I'd demonstrated in order to accomplish what I'd done. She also made note that some of these skills/abilities were needed on multiple projects, which made me feel confident.
I got a rejection email a few days later, but they stated they wanted to re-interview me for a different SBA position.
I then interviewed with the same PM and a deputy PM. Again, it flowed more like a conversation and I came away with a very positive and confident feeling about it.
