They don't follow on any hiring process. No Interview. If you have worked for TCS, WIPRO or infosys, They will take you and latter would advice to go for Green card which they don't sponsor/pay rather they will deduct it from your salary. No Study Required, They are just looking for people who can stay in this country on a H1B visa and is willing to transfer his visa to their company so as maximum profit can be achieved.
