Interview
Initially got the interview through campus recruiting. The interview was two on one with a heavy emphasis on behavioral questions. They did ask a marketing case question, but it was an unstructured and open ended one. A few days later they informed me through email that I didn't receive a second round. Overall, it wasn't a bad interview. Interviewers were pretty open and friendly. Make sure to do your research on the entire CPG industry, not just SCJ.

All done over the phone, multiple stake holders, sometimes 2 at a time. Quick, usually 30 min. That means the walk me through your resume was the most important bit

Tell me about a time you had to analys a large amount of data to make a business decision. What was the decision, and what was the outcome
In person interview with case type questions. Representatives were personable and willing to speak to their experiences within the company. Questions and prompts were of medium difficulty. Very helpful feedback afterwards.
