Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter before applying. She sent me a link to the position and I applied. A couple of days later, I was asked to schedule an in person interview with the program manager. I responded with my availability and they scheduled me for an interview the following week. Your mileage may vary heavily on the interview, but he asked me questions about my experience and how I handle myself in situations with various customers. The interview took about 40 minutes and wasn't terribly difficult, but offered a good challenge.
A short time later, I got a call from my recruiter that I was being offered the position. I gladly accepted and had orientation the next week.
I would bet that the process would have been quicker if I had availability the week the recruiter reached out to me as they could have done it that week, but it seems they havbe good flexibility.

Interview
Asked if I was able to deploy. Apparent all they wanted was a body and didn't care about experience or qualifications. Lied to by the interviewer with what the job would be like. That was it.

Question 1
Are you able to deploy? How soon can you deploy? Any questions for corporate? I asked them what the job was like. They answered with a completely different picture of reality.
