The interview process took about 2 weeks in total. It consisted of two interviews: one with HR followed by a technical interview. Both interviews were conducted professionally yet with a sense of humour that made me feel at ease. The interview process felt different compared to the processes at other software consultancies in Helsinki; here, it felt more like a dialogue amongst professionals as opposed to a one-sided grilling.
