I interviewed with the Production Manager and Plant Manager. A plant tour was included. The facility is top notch. I received an offer pretty quickly, but didn't accept it. The pay scale is too low and didn't want to work third shift.

Steps of the interview was pretty short. Interview held with user which is GM and CEO of south east asia. Hiring process took almost 5 months until it was agreed. The timeline is quite long.
