Applied through Employee Referral and got the call in a week time. HR scheduled a F2F and got the interview invite on email. Frequent follow-up calls before the F2F and was received well when I went for the interview. Started with a quick discussion with HR where I was explained about the position and my expectations. HR noted all the points and made me wait in a room and arranged for the next round with Senior management panel.

2. Interview invite letter had a small deck covering all the details to know about the company. Seeing first of its kind.
3. Treatment given to the interviewee. Gave a nice feeling
4. Transparency by the Senior Management panelist. Explained the need and asked relevant questions.
5. Instead of having multiple rounds of interview, management interviewed as a panel, thereby saving the time of both parties.
