I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SCREEN SPE (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process is unnecessarily long. I've had five interviews for this position, including three that were in person. The manager hiring for this position seems to trust emotion over logic, and I understand that hiring someone is a nuanced, but it should not take you two months for someone that is qualified and has multiple years of experience with the specific process they use. I ended up getting the offer for this position, but I decided to decline due to the amount of time it took, and I also received a better offer in the meantime. I wanted to work with screen, but unfortunately they made me feel as if I was not worth their time, or a priority.

Met manager in restaurant and told about position. He told me that DNS wasn't a company that fires people. We talked for about an hour and he told me to meet him at the hotel him and the HR director were staying at and that I should ask for a certain amount for my hourly salary. I went and gave them my paperwork and got a call a couple of days later with a hourly rate higher than what I expected.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SCREEN SPE (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2012
Interview
Basically, my interview was more like a conversation. I had past Intel experience which was my main selling point. We discussed the job, talked about how my understanding of Intel culture will place me ahead of the other candidates. Then the interviewer explained the next steps in getting hired so I can prepare.
