Went through the Real Play week one. Week two was the interview. Week four was a site visit to one of their apartments. Week four was another site visit to another apartment. After going through all of that, took almost 4 weeks just to reject me. I basically wasted my time going through all of that. I got my hopes up because they kept asking me to come back. Nope, they took almost a month just to reject me.

Very detailed and friendly staff. Interview was casual but informative, I felt heard and was able to ask questions & express interest in multiple roles. A total of three steps before going to offer, but each step was unique.
