I applied online and heard back a couple of weeks later. I then received an email asking to set up an interview time with two attorneys from the division I was interviewing for. The phone call lasted about 30 minutes.
Straightforward. Know interests areas and how you would like to grow. Know what specific divisions do and whether their type of work aligns with your interest. Pretty relaxed interview. Phone interviews two employees

Q: what type of law are you interested in practicing?
The interview was very relaxed. It seemed to be more of a fit check rather than a substantive interview. Only lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer barely asked any follow up questions.
