SECOM (Japan) interview questions

First interview with Director, rather informal held outside over coffee. Two-way communication, interview went well. Second interview with Chairman/CEO, one-to-one physical interview on a Sat at office. Interviewer was condescending, asked why you want to leave current company but criticised your answers. Horrible experience.
