I applied for Junior Executive position that was later changed to Management Executive. First process was written test which was quite difficult and majority of questions were analytical. There were two interviews, first one was a panel interview by Director level employees, followed by an interview with the Chairman. First interview was extensive and lasted for around 45 minutes. Second interview was relatively short, contained some technical questions and preference for department/ location. Overall experience was good and interviews were coordinated well by the HR staff.
