People are very nice and the environment is pleasant. It was a nice discussion.
They're very friendly and welcoming. They called me to go in and in the end even if the position wasn't suited for me, they took the time to give me some advices and tips for the future.

Why I would want this job as I am a creative and this position doesn't really offer such freedom?
online and offline...HR will contact u via phone call, and your direct supervisor will call you to conduct the interview... then the final step is your director, you will have to be interviewed with her
