The manager explained details of the job and elaborate on expectations on futhure emplyee. He did mentioned that this job require paper work and labwork at the same time and required OT.

Interview
The Interviewer made me feel comfortable. He gave me time to think and respond. He was open and honest about the job and its requirements. He was also friendly and told me a bit about himself and the company.
Sat down with two managers for about half an hour . They were very straightforward and direct about the job and it’s expectations. Very much emphasizes that the tasks were mundane and repetitive.

It was semi structured. I was brought to a conference room to be interviewed by two managers who sat me down and had a list of questions to get through, but also maintained a conversation.
Afterwards, I was given a short tour around the lab and was also given the opportunity to ask questions.
