Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. Initial phone interview then face to face interview with managers. Just be confident, be personable, speak well and research about the company so that you are aware of what they do.
Interview is multiple steps - recruiter, then SGS manager, then recruiter follow up. Pretty straight forward, honest, simple questions. Be yourself in the interview, it benefits them and you. Nothing stressful.
They will let you introduce yourself first first then general questions regarding your profile
Since the position is customer service, they will ask you some questions about how to solve the problems
