Proceso ágil, y bastante básico. Son regularmente 4 filtros, dependiendo de la posición. Pero es bastante sencillo. La parte de RH es la que podría mejorar en cuanto a filtros, tiempos y profundidad y conocimiento sobre la posición a cubrir.

Dann kamen Fragen zur Persönlichkeit und Selbsteinschätzung. Der Abteilungsleiter stellte gezielt Fachbezogene Fragen. Zum Schluss durfte ich Fragen stellen.
