Shein's time is still very short, the interview was done by two people, one from Marketing and the other from HR. Everything went very well, unfortunately they still use old interview format questions, there were 4 pages of questions but there was no practical activity, which should be taken as it is a practical role. Overall the interview was ok

there was a total of three rounds of interviews: phone interview with HR, video call interview with team lead, design assessment, and final onsite interview at their los angeles office.
