I interviewed with 2 panels of 3 people each. They were informal, but very thorough. Their culture and relationships seem very strong. It is a niche industry that seems to need a lot of onboarding.

Describe a scenario where you were on or leading a team where you were responsible for indirectly managing other members. How did you drive/motivate others to provide timely and quality input?
