I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at SIMCO Electronics
Interview
I applied to the job on January 23rd and have had 3 interviews with one large take-home project over the last 7 weeks. I got to the final round interview two weeks ago and have not gotten an update. I've reached out to the recruiter several times with no response. It's very disappointing to become invested in a company throughout the process only to be ghosted after the final round interview. I would hope that most companies can at least keep their prospective talent updated on the outcome of an interview.

Question 1
What is an example of a marketing campaign you've run that was successful? How did you measure the success of the campaign?

Interview
First round phone screen went really well. I then had a second round interview with a hiring manager. I've been in the work force for almost 20 years now. I've given and received dozens of interviews now. I've never had one that seemed as tense as this one. No small talk, no pleasantries, no facial expressions. I was asked what I felt was non-pertinent questions about my former employers and work history. They rescheduled the interview twice - one of those instances on the same day as the interview. Overall, an unpleasant experience. I didn't feel like I wanted to work there afterwards.
