Everything was handled through an external staffing agency/recruiter, who was very professional , efficient, and thorough; he sold it very well. Unfortunately, this gave me a good impression of the company that ended up being completely untrue. The recruiter reached out over LinkedIn, then I had a phone screen and an in-person interview with him. After he passed my resume along, I had a short in-person panel interview with my future bosses and a coworker, then a phone interview with a senior-level employee. I asked most of the questions at the in-person interview, since my interviewers didn't have much to say. TIPS: Get everything they are offering - including the detailed job description- in writing. Also, ask to see the rest of the office, since the conference room they interview in looks considerably nicer than the actual work space.
