Multiple rounds and interviewer's seems nice people. Took nearly 3 months in the process. Offered the role and agreed the salary lower than expectations highlighted in the first place. Then came back stating sudden changes within the organisation demanding significant salary reduction. It seems very unstable environment. Think twice before you go through the whole process. Complete waste of time!!!

Phone screening, phone interview, in person interview. 3 different people for the in person interview. Told them about my experience and interest in the job. Nice people, nice facility. Good offer.
