Ridiculous. I received a response to my CV after a month, offering me an interview. The person who interviewed me clearly had no idea what they were doing, based on the questions they asked. We agreed on a time to complete an Online Assessment (48-hour time limit). I had to reach out to them because they forgot to send me the test. I was told the test would take 3 hours, but in reality, it took me 10 hours to complete everything. I repeatedly asked for clarification via email because the task was very poorly written, with overly generic short questions, but I received absolutely no response. The cherry on top: after 2 weeks, I got a negative result for my assessment, even though I had been told that the assessment would be evaluated during an interview—meaning, I would submit the task, and it would be reviewed and discussed with an interviewer, who could ask me questions about it. Overall, I would say this was the worst interview experience I’ve ever had.
