Three rounds done in roughly 1-1.5 months from application to offer. First round is meeting the data/engineering director along with two engineers on the team to understand your past experience in data engineering & analytics platforms (Databricks, azure stack). Second round is a take-home case-study exercise to comprised of two parts, first being asked to design a data mesh/warehouse followed by a second task to create a dockerized PySpark repo for answering some data processing and ML questions. Submit the GitHub link along with a slide deck for the first part of the case-study which you will be expected to present in-person in Zurich and answer the teams questions (1.5 hours). If all goes well, you will move onto the final behavioural round (1 hour). If all goes well, expect an offer shortly after.
